The MMCA offers a variety of sponsorship levels so that you can choose the right fit for your company or organization. Please check out the different levels and choose which one is right for you.

Four Partner Levels

We have four levels of opportunity for our 2025 partners. All partners will receive the following benefits:

• Logo with link and information on the MMCA website
• Opportunity to provide promotional materials for members in attendance
• Access to partner add-on opportunities
• Promotion of your organization on our public social media channels
• Contact information for our membership and their organizations
• Opportunities to present during Partner Breakout times during annual conference.

Add-on Sponsorship Opportunities

Partner add-ons are a great way to add value and name recognition for your brand during our annual conference. The opportunities are completely optional. You are welcome to add any of these options during your sponsorship registration. 

ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVES 

• $500 each 
• This is for anyone that youwould like to bring that is outside your allowed representative count based on your partnership level. Example, Studio level is allowed five representatives. If a Studio level partner wants to bring a sixth representative, they would need to select one additional representative during the registration process.

FIRST-TIME ATTENDEE LUNCH SPONSOR 

• $5,000 | Limit 1
  
• MMCA hosts a lunch every year prior to the conference start for first-time attendees or members that have been absent for a while. Your representatives in attendance are able to address the group duirng lunch (this does not take place of your regular opportunity to address the group). The meal is sponsored in your name and you are recognized during the lunch. 

MEAL SPONSOR 

• $5,000 | LIMIT 2
• One of our large group dinner or lunch meals will be branded with your company name. Recognition given to the company with an opportunity to address the group during the meal for 10 minutes. (This takes the place of any other opportunity to address the group)

GIFT CARD SPONSOR 

• $5,000 | LIMIT 3
  
• One of the benefits to a family-oriented conference is that we allow opportunities for our membership and their families to enjoy the community the conference is located in. Many of the them make the weekend pre/post a family vacation. A great way to encourage and build brand value is to sponsor a gift card for each member/family. Your company logo will be printed on the custom gift card given to each attendee. Your representative will have the opportunity to present the gift cards during a main session.

DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR 

• $1,000-$5000 
• Sponsor giveaways that will be given at each session.
